📋 Description

• Partner directly with clients to understand their workflows, constraints, and goals • Ask clarifying questions to turn vague requests into buildable requirements • Translate client needs into technical specifications and implement solutions end to end • Build customer-facing solutions across the stack using modern, high-level libraries and frameworks • Deploy, support, and iterate on solutions in live client environments • Feed patterns from client work back into the core product • Represent Flagler credibly in technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, or strong demonstrated evidence of engineering ability • 1 to 2 years of experience is acceptable for an exceptional learner; 2 to 5 years is also welcome • An impressive portfolio; a link is required with the application and must be shared before the skills interview • Full-stack capability beyond JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience using higher-level software libraries to build real customer solutions • Strong communication skills and genuine comfort in client-facing settings • Ability to understand client requirements and independently translate them into technical specifications • Ability to learn quickly and work comfortably with ambiguity and shifting priorities • Camera required to be on during meetings • Familiarity with LiveKit, Twilio, or the OpenAI API is nice to have • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated environment is nice to have
