📋 Description

• Own product and operational analytics across the platform, including retention, cohort behavior, funnel performance, and engagement • Define and maintain core company metrics and ensure consistent interpretation • Partner with Product and Engineering to correctly instrument new features and measure their effectiveness • Build analyses addressing open-ended operational questions • Translate findings into recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership • Investigate data anomalies and drive them to root cause • Build and maintain dashboards, models, and data hygiene practices for repeatable analysis • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and the executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics • BS or equivalent • Strong analytical and logical reasoning • Demonstrated depth in product or operational analytics, including retention analysis, cohort analysis, funnel and engagement measurement • Strong SQL • Fluency in Python or R for analysis • Ability to solve ambiguous questions and define analyses independently • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated data environment is nice to have • Experience building analytics infrastructure from an early stage is nice to have • Camera required to be on during meetings • Currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Must not require a visa now or in the future to continue working in the United States or Canada
