📋 Description

• Report to the Market Executive • Assist senior bankers and management with information management and content creation supporting strategic objectives • Independently design and create effective materials and reporting expressing business initiatives and vision • Support complex projects while adhering to tight deadlines • Organize and manage projects for bankers and the leadership team • Translate directions into executable plans and solve problems with team members and partners • Conduct research and analysis to inform projects • Ensure projects are brought to closure • Create content for executive presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and other forums • Create presentations, agendas, executive summaries, action items, spreadsheets, and other materials • Maintain Teams / SharePoint site and content • Support development of the business strategy, strategic plan, and related strategic initiatives • Analyze data and make recommendations to discern insights and support decision making • Support special projects, content creation, analysis, and research as required • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Bachelor's degree • Entry level; internships in the financial industry preferred • Demonstrated ability to create executive level presentations • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint • Must adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards • Must complete required compliance trainings • Must maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Project management knowledge and/or experience preferred
