📋 Description

• Develops and maintains relationships to generate direct deal flow • Coordinates the team approach to approving and closing new deals • Works with assigned portfolio managers, engaging with sponsors and borrowers on idea generation • Partners with management to create action plans that ensure the achievement of goals • Works with assigned portfolio managers to ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio • Stays abreast of industry trends and market conditions that could impact the assigned portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• High School or equivalent • Undergraduate Degree in business, finance or related field, preferred • 10+ Years of experience within the Insurance Banking • 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit • Advanced knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting and loan structuring skills • Advanced analytical skills to understand financial and cash flow analyses • Advanced negotiation skills • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including; Word and Excel • Some travel may be required
