📋 Description

• Develop, administer, and track compliance for education and training for research staff members and investigators • Identify learning needs of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or research department-wide basis • Work with clinic management staff to facilitate protocol-specific training for nursing and pharmacy staff • Assist in developing education-based corrective action plans (CAPA) • Ensure training and retraining requirements are met

🎯 Requirements

• BSN or higher • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience • At least 2 years of nursing experience in oncology • Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience • Florida resident candidate • Successful background screening • Required vaccinations, including influenza unless an approved exemption applies • Pass drug and nicotine testing • Must work in a smoke-free workplace
