📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fleetio's connected-vehicle data end to end, from data ingestion to products built on top of it. • Own Fleetio's connected device strategy. • Build data partnerships bringing telematics, OEM, and connected-vehicle data from the source. • Take ambiguous, high-potential bets from 0→1 by identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and shipping new partner-driven and connected capabilities. • Lead discovery and delivery of live fleet visualization and mapping, location intelligence and geofencing, vehicle health, and sensor-insight experiences. • Grow Fleetio's ecosystem of integrations and strategic partners. • Standardize connected-vehicle data so it is trustworthy, comparable, and actionable across Fleetio. • Build and manage strategic partner relationships and represent Fleetio credibly to partners. • Turn complex partner and connected-source data into standardized, actionable intelligence. • Partner with Design on intuitive connected and partner-driven experiences. • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and CX on positioning, launches, packaging, adoption, and retention. • Serve as a product and company ambassador while contributing hands-on.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning technically complex product areas end-to-end. • A track record of leading ambiguous 0→1 (or early-stage 1→n) bets with meaningful company impact, operating with a high degree of autonomy. • Experience building and managing strategic partner or ecosystem relationships. • A track record of turning a strong technical product into a scaled business through packaging, monetization, and GTM. • Experience with hybrid PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motions. • Strategic, analytical, creative, and data-informed in how you work and inform decisions. • Embody our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
