📋 Description

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned scheduled shift • Serve as the central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event • Coordinate and organize necessary tooling for maintenance events • Coordinate with the support center on project status • Coordinate required travel arrangements with the support center • Maintain the mobile vehicle's interior and exterior appearance • Ensure the team follows company policies, including professionalism and proper attire • Maintain accurate work accounts so work orders can be processed quickly and accurately • Ensure all work is accomplished within Repair Station Manual requirements • Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure regulatory compliance • Provide immediate response to AOG calls while on shift • Manage expenses and expense reports, coordinating reporting and billing with the local Business Administrator and providing monthly reports to accounting as required • Maintain and grow customer relationships, including reaching out to customers while offsite at another location

🎯 Requirements

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant required (3+ years) • High school graduate or equivalent • Must possess a valid driver's license • Airframe structural/composite repair experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and effectively coordinate with multiple departments • Planning and organizational skills are necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer/technology skills • Ability to work assigned scheduled shifts providing 24/7 mobile team/AOG support • Ability to work in environments with fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, extreme weather conditions, and loud noise • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
