📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, documentation, and completion of complex workplace investigations • Review background materials and help develop investigation plans • Draft interview questions and organize evidence • Prepare summaries of findings and advise on documentation standards • Design and facilitate practical workplace-investigation training for HR staff • Review and refine the Global HR Manual template for clarity, consistency, completeness, and usability across country offices • Support ad hoc priority HR projects, including HR guidance, policy and process development, briefing materials, templates, tools, and employee relations documentation • Provide periodic updates to HR leadership on progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended next steps • Work under designated HR leadership and escalate issues as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing international HR support in an INGO, nonprofit, or comparable global operating environment • At least 10 years of senior-level HR experience • Experience handling complex employee relations matters • Experience conducting workplace investigations • Experience with policy development and HR advisory support • Strong judgment and confidentiality • Ability to meet agreed deadlines and communicate proactively • Successful candidate subject to a pre-employment background check
