📋 Description

• Manage new patient referrals and coordinate timely start-of-care visits • Serve as liaison between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients • Collect information from pharmacies and patients • Match appropriate nurses to patients • Manage marketplace offers to ensure responsible nurse rates • Onboard patients to Float Health • Confirm logistics and schedules for safe, seamless home visits • Respond to restaff and reschedule requests • Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS • Respond to inbound communications and initiate outbound communications • Work cross-functionally in shared queues and Slack to complete visit documentation and related tasks • Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously • Learn new processes and technology continuously • Develop and maintain positive relationships with specialty pharmacy peers • Complete pharmacy engagement tasks as needed • Provide feedback to improve technology and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with medical scheduling • Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms simultaneously • Ability to manage inbound communication while supporting other tasks • Ability to type 60 words per minute with high accuracy • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including ability to digest and explain complex information clearly • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment • Proficiency in medical terminology and policies highly desirable • Prior healthcare industry experience highly desirable • Previous infusion therapy, healthcare intake, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred • Previous startup experience preferred • Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule • Availability for Sunday–Thursday shifts, typically 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm PST
