• Build, onboard, support, and manage a high-performing team of Directors of Therapy • Ensure consistency, clinical excellence, and fidelity to the Flourish integrated care model as the organization scales • Champion adherence to the structured clinical model while allowing adjustments based on patient needs • Partner with the VP of Patient Care, Clinical R&D, and Product teams to develop the clinical model, clinical product, and care team trainings • Oversee the therapy vertical for up to 10 bundles of carepods and up to 4,500 high-acuity patients • Recruit, onboard, and manage Directors of Therapy • Build systems supporting consistency, accountability, and clinical leadership across therapy teams • Coach Directors of Therapy on clinical supervision, people management, productivity, and change management • Support leadership coverage planning during PTO, leaves, and turnover • Maintain consistent, high-quality therapy care across carepods • Support management of clinical escalations and complex patient care situations • Identify operational or clinical gaps and implement scalable improvements • Collaborate with psychiatry, patient guides, family guides, operations, recruiting, and people operations • Support integrated carepod effectiveness, organizational scaling, and workforce planning • Lead team change management, culture, motivation, and employee engagement • Provide 2–5 hours of direct patient care per week
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (PhD, LCSW or LPC) eligible to provide patient care • 10+ years of relevant experience • 2+ years leading multi-state behavioral health teams • 2+ years managing through layers of leadership • 10+ years of people management for full-time direct reports • 8+ years of startup experience • Strong data and operational orientation • Willing to be licensed in over a dozen states • Able to work one evening per week • Must provide direct patient care for 2–5 hours per week as a clinical leader • Employment eligibility verified through E-Verify
