📋 Description

• Conduct thorough and precise reviews of study charts using SOPs, policies, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols • Identify and report missing or discrepant data points and trends to the QC Manager, Team Leads, and upper management • Enter data accurately into eCRF/CRF systems according to sponsor-provided guidelines • Report missing data, inconsistencies, and source-to-CRF/eCRF discrepancies to the CRC and QC leadership • Attend SIV meetings • Resolve open queries accurately and promptly • Assist sponsor monitor visits with query resolution • Collaborate professionally with staff members and sponsor representatives • Assist with training and onboarding procedures • Perform duties in a time- and cost-effective manner • Represent Flourish Research professionally when interacting with staff, sponsors, IRBs, patients/subjects, and clinical personnel • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience • Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience within the field of clinical or biological research • Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel) and internet-based applications • Ability to work independently and on a team and stay on task • Good written and verbal skills • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Professionalism and strong work ethic • Ability to adapt and take on additional tasks as requested • Ability to understand medical terminology and research concepts • Ability to identify appropriate subject care and relate professionally and knowledgeably to physicians, pharmaceutical sponsors/CROs, and IRBs • Some knowledge of Flourish processes • Some knowledge of clinical research industry guidelines/regulations • Ability to assist with key initiatives/process improvements in the department • Ability to assist with training company new hires • Ability to complete at least 80% of goals annually • Ability to properly lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more than thirty-five pounds • Ability to drive and daily availability of an automobile • Local travel availability • Availability for occasional night and weekend work schedules
