📋 Description

• Ingesting and processing portfolio data provided by portfolio companies • Extracting, transforming, and mapping raw data into structured data • Verifying data accuracy against source documentation • Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product Support teams • Taking ownership of internal AI agent workflows • Testing, evaluating, and refining prompt structures and automation protocols • Working closely with engineering, product, and operations to scale AI use

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with financial and operational data • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and working with software applications (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Self-starter with reliability and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment • Experience working at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (bonus points) • Familiarity with portfolio company reporting and KPI reporting (bonus points) • Experience with AI tooling, including prompt engineering (bonus points)
