📋 Description

• Schedule monthly marketing calendars for DIFM clients — blogs, emails, and social media posts — on time, every month. • Schedule custom blogs, emails, and social media posts as requested. • Schedule social assist posts on a weekly cadence. • Assist with calendar execution and coordination alongside the broader Concierge team. • Complete website edits on behalf of DIFM clients. • Provide timely, helpful support to clients through live chat. • Address questions related to products, services, and general company information. • Escalate complex issues to the right people quickly and cleanly.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing or marketing operations role, preferably in a SaaS or digital services environment. • Familiarity with content scheduling, website management, or digital marketing workflows. • Comfortable picking up new tools and technology quickly. • Experience with HubSpot preferred but not required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills. • Quick learner who adapts easily to changing environments and new tools. • Able to work independently and collaboratively. • A true passion for exceptional client service.
