📋 Description

• Co-facilitate leadership development programs across FMI's Custom Cohort Programs alongside Senior Facilitators • Deliver engaging learning experiences by facilitating discussions, activities, and portions of program content • Foster inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments • Build strong relationships with participants and contribute to an exceptional client experience • Partner with Senior Facilitators, the Custom Cohorts Operations Manager, and internal teams to prepare for and deliver successful client engagements • Adapt facilitation approaches based on participant needs, group dynamics, and client objectives • Participate in preparation meetings, delivery debriefs, and ongoing facilitator development • Expand knowledge of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the construction industry through client engagement and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology, education, communications, or a related field preferred • 2–5 years of experience in facilitation, training, leadership development, coaching, teaching, consulting, or a related field • Experience leading groups, presenting, facilitating discussions, or delivering learning experiences • Passion for leadership development, adult learning, and helping others grow • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities • Professional presence with the ability to build rapport across a variety of audiences • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States (50–70%) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • FMI is unable to provide visa sponsorship
