📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based clinical care to FOLX members through a telehealth platform • Provide synchronous clinical visits through audio/visual format • Provide asynchronous care, including lab reviewing and resulting and answering members’ asynchronous clinical questions • Deliver trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health care • Prioritize clinical care of patients • Participate in clinical team case study discussions • Attend clinical training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple active state NP licenses; ideal state licenses include GA, CA, TX, PA, NJ, OH, NC, NY, IL • At least 1 state-specific Federal DEA license • Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in your state(s) of practice • Master's degree or equivalent from a college or university • National Certification through appropriate licensing authority • Experience providing primary care • Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community • Organizational and time management skills for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment • Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to learn new apps and programs • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms • Ideal but not required: Compact RN license • Ideal but not required: 30 contact hours Continuing Education or a 15-week college-level pharmacology course within the last 2–3 years
