📋 Description

• Track and manage company-wide projects from initiation to completion using Jira. • Coordinate with team leads across portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology to ensure milestones are met. • Monitor timelines and adjust schedules for changes or delays. • Identify cross-team dependencies and clarify ownership, due dates, and blockers. • Escalate blockers to leadership before they cause delays. • Maintain visibility into risks, issues, and team capacity. • Design and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, filters, and dashboards. • Set up Jira automation rules and intake forms for status notifications, overdue reminders, and new project requests. • Maintain accurate and consistent Jira data as the single source of truth. • Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and process guides. • Deliver weekly portfolio health, timeline, and risk reporting to leadership. • Identify opportunities to streamline project intake, prioritization, and tracking. • Recommend and implement lightweight best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in asset management, ETFs, or financial services. • Expert-level Jira experience, including administration, workflows, dashboards, and automation. • Working knowledge of the ETF lifecycle and the functions around it (portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, distribution) is strongly preferred. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of seniority. • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Availability for an estimated 20–25 hours per week.
