📋 Description

• Define and execute the Paid Social marketing strategy roadmap • Build a high-performing Paid Social team to deliver revenue and profit targets • Lead deployment and optimization of ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders across global offices to align with business goals • Conduct competitor research to identify promising products and services in the paid social affiliate space • Apply performance marketing best practices and improve marketing opportunities across verticals • Design workflows and guides to upskill the Paid Social team • Build relationships with affiliate partners • Guide tracking, reporting, and automation requirements with internal teams • Improve landing page experience and conversion rates through A/B testing with the Digital Experience team • Report strategy roadmap updates to the Leadership Team • Conduct performance reviews and support direct reports' career development

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing on Paid Social platforms, in a data-driven environment • Fluency in using ad serving technologies, platforms, and tools • Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities, able to generate actionable insights from data analysis • Experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or LeadGen • Ability to build and lead a high-performing team • Forward-thinking approach to improving existing activity and identifying new opportunities • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Experience with A/B testing, optimization, and constant iteration • Proficient with Excel
