📋 Description

• Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and delivery • Identify and evaluate new product and service opportunities • Optimize and scale the core platform • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Design and automate core operational workflows • Partner with sales, LCM, marketing, and partnership teams • Define and manage a structured product backlog • Track performance across key metrics post-launch • Act as the central point of communication across the business • Play a key role in refining product development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management • Experience designing and launching workflow automations, operational tooling, or integrations • Deep empathy for small business users • Confident working across the full product lifecycle • Comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and financial modeling • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Data-driven with the ability to define and track performance metrics • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
