📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce solutioning efforts and technical and functional architecture for scalable, enterprise-grade implementations • Collaborate with pre-sales and engagement teams to shape solution vision, validate feasibility, and support strategic proposals • Identify client architecture relationships and provide strategic and technical advice • Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions • Analyze business processes, assess alternative solutions and feasibility, and recommend modern technology approaches • Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information for client projects • Develop enterprise-grade information architecture and processes leveraging Salesforce • Align business strategy with technology direction • Develop and enforce architecture and development standards, libraries, and whitepapers • Set standards for programming tools and techniques and advise on compliance • Design integrations between Salesforce products and client architecture • Support project managers throughout the software development process • Assign work to technical consultants, monitor performance, and provide guidance • Oversee solution development and configuration to ensure quality delivery • Mentor technical teams and guide Salesforce ecosystem optimization and evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect • 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem • Minimum of 2+ years architecting within Salesforce • Enterprise architecture experience • Mandatory Salesforce Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications • Extensive pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture experience • Expertise across multiple Salesforce Cloud product sets • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com • Previous experience as a consultant or developer in the Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies • Ability to demonstrate integration and security design principles • Ability to translate business requirements into technical documents and communicate design documents to developers • Experience building engineering excellence across quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working in an Agile project environment • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • FormativGroup cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future
