📋 Description

• Translate complex business issues into analytical questions, hypotheses, data requirements, and decision criteria • Own business cases for transformation initiatives, including performance baselines, investments, benefits, risks, dependencies, sensitivities, and value-realization timing • Build financial and operational models covering revenue, margin, cost, cash, inventory, capacity, productivity, and service drivers • Perform diagnostic, scenario, sensitivity, and driver-based analysis • Extract, cleanse, transform, combine, and analyze enterprise data • Automate data preparation and analysis using SQL, Python, scripting, and advanced spreadsheets • Develop trusted data models for forecasting and performance management • Partner with IT and data engineering on data access, quality, integration, governance, and reporting automation • Design and maintain portfolio dashboards, workflows, milestone views, risk registers, and decision logs • Create executive visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or similar tools • Prepare executive decision packages with quantified impacts, risks, recommendations, owners, and timing • Define benefit baselines, KPIs, calculation methods, data sources, owners, and validation cadence • Track forecast, implemented, realized, and Finance-validated value; investigate variances • Embed metrics, models, dashboards, and decision routines into recurring management processes • Document analytical definitions, procedures, assumptions, and controls and transfer sustainable ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work • Demonstrated experience developing business cases and complex financial or operational models • Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik, or a similar visualization platform • Practical SQL capability • Experience using Python, scripting, low-code automation, or similar tools • Ability to reconcile large or inconsistent datasets and explain analytical methods, assumptions, and conclusions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Experience with ERP, EPM, CRM, planning, manufacturing, data warehouse, or enterprise performance-management systems • Experience building capacity, demand, supply, pricing, cost, gross-margin, working-capital, or productivity models • Experience with APIs, Power Query, Power Automate, notebooks, Git, forecasting, statistical analysis, optimization, machine learning, or generative AI applications • Semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, electronics, capital equipment, high-mix manufacturing, supply chain, or operations experience • Advanced degree or relevant professional certification
