• Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls, emails, and online scheduling requests. • Communicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changes • Communicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changes • Enters and updates work orders within an online scheduling system • Updates customer notes in CRM system • Conducts confirmation calls
• Experience working in a high volume call center environment • Scheduling experience • Strong customer service skills • Professional phone demeanor • Works well under pressure during high volume calls • Problem solving skills • Ability to adapt to urgent priorities • Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts quickly • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Thrives in a team culture environment • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Previous CRM experience helpful • Dependable.
