• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Materials Handling equipment, systems, and solutions across the U.S. territory. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue and order intake targets. • Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers across multiple industries. • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and solution discussions to understand needs and deliver value-driven proposals. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and provide market intelligence. • Prepare and support technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Engineering, Pricing, and Project Delivery teams. • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM system. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Service, Aftermarket, and Project teams to ensure successful solution development and execution. • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including trade shows, industry events, distributor relationships, and customer engagement activities. • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement while serving as a professional ambassador for the company.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. • Demonstrated experience in technical or industrial sales, business development, or account management within materials handling, automation, capital equipment, or related industries. • Strong understanding of solution ‑ based selling and complex customer decision ‑ making environments. • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
