📋 Description

• Track mitigation assignments from beginning to end • Review and help maintain assignment records for accurate team information • Communicate claim updates from field technicians to customers by phone and data entry • Correspond with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance companies • Track and report daily activity to the Team Lead • Write Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality (formerly CoreLogic) or Symbility, required • Xactimate estimating experience, required • Comfortable using different software systems in a data-entry-heavy, desk-oriented role • Experience in property restoration, insurance claims, or a related field is nice to have • Familiarity with insurance carrier processes is nice to have • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and superior customer service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure • Organized during periods of increased assignment volume • Comfortable switching between multiple software systems • Able to manage several assignments at once
