📋 Description

• Perform calibrations according to company procedures and applicable standards • Support multiple calibration disciplines and participate in cross-training • Document calibration results with compliance and traceability • Maintain calibration standards and report equipment issues • Travel to customer sites for local and overnight assignments • Set up and support mobile calibration workstations and onsite labs • Communicate with customers about service progress, technical needs, and scheduling • Partner with supervisors and teammates to complete projects on time • Share feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience • Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and calibration standards • Participate in audits, compliance checks, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts • Maintain professional, audit-ready workspaces

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of calibration experience in a laboratory or field environment • Experience with RF/GP calibration preferred • Willingness to travel locally and overnight for assignments • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and related calibration standards • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures • Must have an active and valid driver's license • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics preferred • Experience with FSM, CalWeb, or Gage tools preferred • Ability to work across multiple calibration disciplines • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Prior customer-facing or large-account support experience preferred
