📋 Description

• Develop and execute long‑term sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, AI/ML platforms, and data services delivering cost savings for the organization. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities. • Conduct end-to-end sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and competitive bidding processes. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key software providers. • Champion continuous improvement by eliminating waste, challenging the status quo, and swiftly transforming ideas into working solutions that enhance sourcing performance and deliver measurable business value. • Lead negotiations for master service agreements (MSAs), SaaS agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and AI usage terms. • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance standards (e.g., GDPR, data privacy, AI governance). • Partner with CIO, IT architects, engineering leaders, data science teams, and project managers advising internal teams on sourcing strategies, supplier capabilities and market intelligence. • Lead procurement transformation initiatives by developing and implementing standard work processes, driving adoption of best-in-class tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on IT categories. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Strong knowledge of software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual, consumption-based). • Understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and cloud architectures. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
