âą Lead application and quality architecture strategy âą Drive modernization, scalability, reliability, and security âą Establish architecture standards and engineering guardrails âą Partner across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Security, and AI âą Mentor and develop a global team of architects âą Drive the technical direction of ServiceChannel's SaaS platform
đŻ Requirements
âą 8+ years in software engineering with architecture experience âą Leadership experience managing technical teams âą Strong expertise in .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, APIs, microservices, and cloud âą Experience with enterprise SaaS, CI/CD, test automation, and observability âą Passion for building great technology and great teams
