📋 Description

• Co-create autonomous-operations architectures and reference architectures with partners for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, and industry-specific workflows • Drive adoption of AI Agents, autonomous incident resolution, predictive operations, AIOps analytics, and automated change and remediation • Build reusable solution templates, industry accelerators, demo environments, and operational workflow blueprints • Provide expertise in Employee Center design, virtual agent configuration, and cross-workflow orchestration • Influence product architecture and roadmap based on partner ecosystem needs • Lead technical workshops and engage CIO, VP of IT Operations, and CHRO stakeholders • Execute strategic proofs of concept demonstrating incident and ticket reduction, cost reduction, and employee productivity gains • Guide competitive positioning against legacy ITSM and ITOM platforms • Present architecture and operational strategies to executive audiences • Design and deliver partner architecture training, workshops, and executive briefings • Mentor partner architects and pre-sales teams • Assess partner capabilities, identify gaps, and develop capability maturation plans and certification pathways • Represent ServiceNow innovation at industry events and transformation forums • Collaborate on joint business planning and guide solutions from concept through commercialization • Connect operational architecture to measurable business outcomes • Maintain ITSM, ITOM, and employee-service market intelligence • Advise on coexistence and migration strategies from legacy platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience with proven success in ITSM, ITOM, employee experience, or enterprise service management solutions • 5+ years deep domain expertise in IT service management, IT operations, HR service delivery, or enterprise workflow automation platforms • Expert-level knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, CMDB/CSDM, event management and AIOps, knowledge management, and employee self-service • Understanding of BMC, Atlassian, Ivanti, Microsoft, and emerging enterprise service management platforms • Deep expertise in IT or employee experience transformation for at least two industry verticals • Experience engaging with CIO, IT operations, and CHRO executives • Experience working with partner ecosystems (GSIs, SIs, ISVs) • Working knowledge of AI-enabled operations use cases including virtual agents, autonomous incident resolution, predictive analytics, AIOps, and automated remediation workflows • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Ability to travel up to 25% • ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and/or SPM experience preferred • ServiceNow certifications or equivalent platform certifications preferred • Experience with competitive platforms such as BMC Helix, Jira Service Management, and Ivanti preferred • Background in IT operations strategy consulting, service management transformation, or employee experience design preferred • Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, or Public Sector preferred
