📋 Description

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, scalable people processes and experiences • Lead HR process architecture efforts and champion end-to-end redesign • Align HR programs, policies, and experiences with business needs • Influence and align senior stakeholders while challenging current mindsets • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners on employee experience discovery and redesign • Develop strategy blueprints, capability maps, root cause analyses, and solutions to remove blockers, inefficiencies, and waste • Create current-state and future-state process models and future-state roadmaps • Oversee implementation and adoption of redesigned processes • Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams on streamlining, automation, and AI-enabled solutions • Support the evolution of the global HR Service Delivery model • Define and track metrics for HR service effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience • Balance global operating models with localized business and employee needs • Support HR Service Delivery, Risk/Compliance, and Payroll across a globally distributed team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR, HR technology, business architecture, or related experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM • Experience supporting HR processes, capabilities, and enhancements within Workday HCM • Experience leading or supporting end-to-end HR process discovery, design, and improvement • Experience identifying pain points, mapping current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into scalable solutions • Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, and/or Service Delivery teams • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working effectively across globally distributed and cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Payroll, and/or Time Tracking, including configuration, implementation, optimization, and/or process improvement • Exposure to global HR processes and operating models • Background in HR service delivery transformation, automation, process simplification, or AI-enabled solutions • Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor colleagues • Required to submit to a background investigation • Generally, individuals must not require employment-based visa sponsorship for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
