• Process, track, and reconcile purchase orders across customer and Gordian systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment to project budgets • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on PO status, updates, discrepancies, and resolution • Maintain complete and audit-ready procurement records and documentation to support compliance and financial reporting • Monitor PO activity across contracts and project portfolios, proactively flagging risks, variances, or delays • Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow gaps and recommending process enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency • Support internal teams in achieving customer goals and key performance metrics through timely and accurate procurement execution • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Contract Administration, or Project/Construction Management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
