📋 Description

• Establishes, leads, maintains and expands Clinical FSP customer relationships. • Oversees Clinical FSP delivery in alignment with agreements and customer strategy and vision. • Responsible for one or more global/multiregional FSP partnerships or regional FSP partnerships. • Collaborates with Strategic Partnership Director and Business Development on MSA negotiations. • Oversees all clinical FSP service contract negotiations for new contracts and oversees/leads change orders. • Guides and leads the FSP Delivery team through defining a framework for governance and oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – Life Sciences and/or Business Management. • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. • 10 years’ relevant industry experience (CRO/Pharmaceutical) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. • Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a health care or clinical research setting. • Thorough knowledge of drug development process.
