📋 Description
• Identify what to build and why from ambiguous problems such as prescription/refill drop-off • Ship AI-native products into healthcare • Conduct discovery with customers, pharmacists, and patients • Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design and work deeply in product details • Build quantitative cases for product priorities and timing • Deliver decisions and products on days-to-weeks cycle times
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to solve genuinely ambiguous, unsolved problems without a predefined playbook • High-agency ownership and ability to work independently without scoped work • Existing familiarity and enthusiasm with AI tools and workflows; professional AI product experience not required • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely • Curiosity and willingness to learn healthcare and specialty pharmacy • No healthcare experience required • Interest in startup pace, short cycles, and real ownership
