📋 Description

• Serve as the first technical line for Finance Workday and Adaptive Planning tickets received through the Foundation’s service management intake • Support Finance staff through training, process documentation, and user guides • Maintain and audit Workday worktag values and data mapping • Support Adaptive Planning as a platform and data integrity • Support testing for Workday’s semiannual releases and configuration changes • Conduct discovery sessions and work with external consultants • Support financial systems across back-office and program partners using a consultative, service-first approach

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in California • Knowledge of Workday Financials, including the Foundation Data Model, security, custom reporting, and financial modules (Spend, Customer Accounts, Financial Accounting, Projects) • Understanding of finance operations, financial data management and reporting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or a comparable planning platform preferred • Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel and executing EIB loads accurately • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and data work, with sound judgment about responsible use around sensitive financial data
