📋 Description

• Support Financial/Medical Underwriting, Claims, Policy Issuance, and Premium Administration teams • Manage intake, organization, and tracking of client reporting documents and underwriting materials • Record, save, and follow up on required reports, including delinquent premium reports • Populate underwriting review forms and prepare supporting documentation for internal evaluation • Enter premium payments into the accounting system • Identify and escalate high-dollar and catastrophic claims for further review • Maintain and organize a centralized library of vendor-provided reports and documentation • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards and retention policies • Facilitate efficient workflows and timely decision-making for cross-functional teams • Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior Insurance Carrier Medical Claim experience in a support, service or claim auditor role required • Associate’s degree or higher preferred • Insurance Carrier Stoploss experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to touch type using Home Keys, with a minimum of 55 WPM • Ability to sort, filter, analyze, and organize data across spreadsheets • Comfortable with basic formulas, formatting, and data manipulation; assessment required • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, File Explorer, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneNote • Experience with document creation, editing, formatting, and file organization according to established standards • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Strong communication skills
