📋 Description

• Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages based on their preferences and budget. • Provide information on various destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, weather conditions, and attractions. • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other transportation services efficiently. • Offer guidance on travel insurance options and assist with necessary documentation. • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients. • Handle any changes or cancellations in bookings promptly while keeping the best interest of the client in mind. • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to offer innovative travel solutions. • Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking or travel process professionally and efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel industry or related customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken language(s) relevant to target markets. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously. • Passion for traveling and exploring different cultures. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
