📋 Description

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through closeout in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Maintain oversight of project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and change • Support coordination across multiple projects and workstreams • Keep project information, plans, and reporting accurate and up to date • Maintain project and program trackers using Google Sheets and other project management tools • Perform data quality checks, spot checks, and audits across projects and workstreams • Review ticket queues, project management systems, and delivery trackers to identify overdue actions, risks, or inconsistencies • Support KPI, SLA, dashboard, and management-information reporting for internal and client stakeholders • Coordinate project teams, technical specialists, and delivery stakeholders • Facilitate project and team meetings and capture actions, decisions, and owners • Follow up on actions, risks, and deliverables • Maintain delivery playbooks, templates, SOPs, and project documentation • Support application of project and delivery processes and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement • Work with the Delivery Operations Performance team to improve project management and service delivery frameworks • Act as a key client contact and provide project and delivery updates • Build relationships with client and internal stakeholders • Monitor project financial performance and support budget control • Identify potential scope changes or additional service opportunities • Support proposal development and business development activities where required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, service delivery, program coordination, PMO, or delivery assurance roles • Strong project management skills, including risk, issue, action, and change management • Strong client and stakeholder management skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong experience working with project data, reporting, and governance • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, data validation, and structured trackers • Experience using project management and/or ticketing platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, ServiceNow, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar • Experience maintaining project processes, playbooks, SOPs, or governance documentation • Strong meeting facilitation and follow-up skills • Experience with quality checks and audits • Desirable: Experience in project/program management in Digital Buildings, IoT, Systems Integration, Smart Technologies, or another technology-led environment • Desirable: Experience in construction, systems commissioning, or facilities technology integration • Desirable: Relevant project management qualification such as PMI, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent • Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused • Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities • Confidence in challenging incomplete or inaccurate information • Strong communicator with a collaborative working style • Able to identify issues early and drive actions through to completion • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced client environment
