FPF Academia is the education arm of the Federação Paulista de Futebol, founded in 2016 to train and qualify professionals across the football industry. It delivers online and in-person courses, trainings, lectures and events aimed at club staff and the general public, covering areas such as management, refereeing, law, health, and technical roles. The organization has run over 130 courses at national and international levels and reached more than 8,000 students. It operates two complementary schools: the Escola de Negócios (School of Business), which offers programs in sports management, marketing, finance, health and law; and the Escola de Árbitros Flávio Iazzetti (EAFI), a reference referees' school with a rigorous program of over 200 hours combining theory and intensive practical training.
