📋 Description

• Perform substantive and client-facing work in employment-based immigration matters • Independently prepare and file petitions with government agencies • Oversee status of cases and utilize case management systems • Assist clients with case intake, troubleshooting, and strategy • Generate clear and well-organized written work products • Communicate with clients regarding case status and inquiries • Meet deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Assist in training new team members and improve productivity • Recognize changes to immigration policy and adjust processes accordingly

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required • At least four years of business immigration experience • Substantial experience handling PERM applications • Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for visas • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel
