📋 Description

• Configure, test, deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and support client integrations using Fragomen’s established integration capabilities • Translate documented implementation requirements into properly configured integrations • Perform end-to-end technical implementation of flat-file integrations, including scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain PowerShell or similar scripts for automated file/folder processing and secure transfers • Configure and support scheduled flat-file processes using automation, scheduling, and file-transfer tools • Implement secure SFTP and PGP/GPG file-transfer processes, including encryption keys, service accounts, credentials, access permissions, and delivery locations • Build operational controls for reconciliation, validation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, retries, restarts, logging, monitoring, and alerting • Configure and support established API capabilities; validate connectivity, authentication, mappings, payloads, responses, and error handling • Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, connectivity/authentication issues, configuration issues, and production incidents • Use technical tools, logs, and data to identify root causes and resolve or escalate issues • Configure and test approved changes and enhancements • Coordinate with Integration Solutions for client, business, or requirements clarification • Support go-live, stabilization, and transition to production support • Escalate API development, architecture decisions, product defects, security concerns, and out-of-scope issues • Maintain technical documentation, scripts, testing evidence, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and production runbooks • Contribute to technical standards, reusable scripts, knowledge resources, and CDI execution improvements • Participate in cross-training across CDI integration technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting systems integrations, data integrations, or similar technical solutions in production environments • Hands-on experience performing the end-to-end technical implementation and support of automated flat-file integrations • Experience performing the end-to-end technical implementation of flat-file integrations, including development, configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support • Hands-on experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting PowerShell or similar scripts in a production environment • Experience automating SFTP file transfers, including processing multiple folders and embedded files while preserving required directory structures • Experience implementing PGP/GPG encryption or decryption within automated file-transfer processes • Experience building reliable unattended processes with validation, reconciliation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, logging, retries, restart capability, monitoring, and operational alerting • Experience diagnosing data, configuration, authentication, connectivity, file-processing, and other integration issues using technical tools and logs • Ability to interpret approved technical requirements and apply them accurately during implementation, configuration, and testing • Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining technical configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production-support documentation • Ability to manage multiple technical assignments and priorities • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience • Required technical knowledge of SFTP, automated secure file-transfer processing, PowerShell or similar scripting tools, folder/file-system/directory-structure automation, PGP/GPG, secure credential/service-account/encryption-key handling, scheduled and unattended job execution, structured file formats, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, duplicate prevention, exception handling, logging, retry, restart, monitoring, and alerting controls • API skills are preferred but not required: REST APIs, HTTP request/response processing, JSON, Postman or similar tools, API authentication, and API troubleshooting • Additional preferred skills include SQL, database querying, Splunk or similar logging tools, Windows server environments, job-scheduling tools, technical data analysis, and root-cause investigation • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work methodically through technical issues and identify root causes • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues • Good judgment regarding issue resolution and escalation • Strong ownership, follow-through, and collaborative working style • Interest in expanding technical knowledge across multiple integration technologies
