📋 Description

• Act as liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors • Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment • Follow and enforce company and industry standards and procedures • Comply with legal regulations and obtain required inspections • Manage and coordinate construction work in accordance with contract documents and quality standards • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and ensure milestones and completion dates are met • Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements • Manage project scope changes and ensure current contract documents are used • Maintain, track, verify, and update project files and paperwork, including timecards, field reports, schedules, as-built drawings, submittals, RFIs, layouts, and correspondence • Manage or support project closeout, including punch lists, start-up, and system commissioning • Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet construction budgets • Define project purpose and scope, calculate resources, establish standards, allocate resources, schedule and coordinate staff and subcontractors, evaluate milestones, resolve design problems, and implement changes • Support all areas of FTI's business interests • Support pre-construction budgeting and project execution strategy • Potentially manage multiple projects based on size, complexity, and phase • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience, and ongoing industry training • 4 years of experience in relative trades • 3–6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution • Ability to travel up to 100% • Availability to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with nights, weekends, and holidays as required by customer demands • Ability to manage large projects and/or multiple medium-to-large projects • Understanding of construction documents and specifications, including subcontractor scopes of work • Ability to organize and direct projects to completion • Must successfully pass a background and drug test
