📋 Description

• Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small-group settings • Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom • Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning • Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs • Administer provided assessments as scheduled • Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team • Provide tutoring in K–5 Math and ELA • Conduct 15- to 60-minute sessions using a secure online platform

🎯 Requirements

• Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA; expired licenses not accepted • Additional SpEd or ESL Certification a plus • Available Monday–Friday, weekly from 6:00–10:00 PM EST; all 5 days required • Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace • Ability to pass a federal background check, which may include fingerprinting • Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms • Prior online tutoring experience preferred • Bilingual abilities preferred • Must be a legal U.S. resident and reside and work in the U.S.
