• Schedules and provides technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers. • Tests and troubleshoots Franklin Electric products. Supervises and assists at product installations. • Promotes and represents Franklin Electric products and programs at tradeshows and special events. Conducts product demonstrations as needed. • Collects and reports marketing information pertaining to competitive products, industry distribution or personnel changes, and customer needs or desires. • Acts as a liaison between field, product management and engineering departments. • Writes and submits timely and accurate reports, as well as special reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. • Able to use mechanical and electrical tooling such as pipe cutters, wrenches, voltmeters, etc. • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
• Associate’s degree in engineering, computer technology, or a related technical field (required). • Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Five or more years of technical, field service, or related fueling systems or industry experience (preferred). • Intermediate: Contact management, presentation/PowerPoint, spreadsheet, word processing / typing. • Basic: CAD / site plan scaling knowledge. • PEI or API certifications (Preferred)
