📋 Description

• Manage deployment of Silent Sentinel video surveillance hardware and software at customer locations • Assist partners and customers with staging, installation, and field deployment of video surveillance solutions and hardware • Develop, design, document, and articulate video surveillance solutions and architecture • Evaluate system specifications, network capacity, and project scope to ensure system design integrity • Handle software configuration, testing, and initial configuration optimization • Conduct product testing, demonstrations, and technical discussions • Provide onsite technical support to integrators and key project stakeholders • Collaborate with customer support to provide technical reports, insights, and issue-resolution assistance • Travel to customer locations, subcontractor offices, and project sites for site walks, surveying, design, integration, and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • 3+ years of experience working in a Field Service environment • Proven experience executing field deployments, including physical installation, staging, and initial configuration of mission-critical systems • Ability to travel to customer locations, subcontractor offices, and project sites for walks, surveying, design, integration, and troubleshooting • Must be able to travel between 50% to 75% • Compliance with Motorola policies, standards, and code of conduct • Successful completion of necessary background checks for customer site access • Successful completion of a stringent fingerprint background check under the CJIS Security Policy • High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems • Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available
