📋 Description

• Lead regional customer and employee education and training activities supporting Cardiac Rhythm Management procedures and product launches • Partner with leadership, field, and cross-functional personnel to identify opportunities and barriers to improving district and region performance • Provide feedback to product development, quality, education, and marketing teams regarding product performance • Serve as the customer and field technical resource in Cardiac Rhythm Management • Provide expertise and leadership in physician, fellows, AHP, clinical evidence, and employee education • Provide implant or clinic coverage based on regional needs • Train and educate internal teams and external customers on CRM procedures, therapies, products, processes, and solutions • Assess and provide continuing education for tenured field teams • Coordinate new-hire training with the hiring manager and complete new-hire field sign-off • Disseminate competitive technology and therapy information to regional teams • Deliver competitive training to field service and sales staff • Deliver tailored training on Medtronic products, competitive products, clinical evidence, and marketplace changes • Deliver new product and procedural field training • Enhance stakeholder relationships through strategic education focused on clinical value • Engage with the Regional Economics Manager on economic value conversations • Translate complex technical messaging and dispel competitive claims • Resolve complex technical issues and maintain customer relationships through technical expertise • Interpret and communicate product, procedure, and field corrective-action updates • Collaborate with the Clinical Research Organization on clinical studies and physician research • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic technical and clinical training aligned with business goals • Anticipate changes in business conditions using district and region-wide relationships and experience • Respond to urgent or changing business needs and implement strategic solutions with sales teams • Build collaborative relationships across Medtronic • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key regional customers • Provide expert service at key accounts to reinforce the value of Medtronic technical competency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in the Cardiac Rhythm or an Implantable Medical Device Industry, or an advanced degree in engineering or nursing • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Valid driver's license • Ability to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Cath Lab, EP Lab, hospital/clinic, or cardiology experience preferred • Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel preferred • Thorough working knowledge of cardiac medical terminology and the medical device industry preferred • Excellent customer service skills preferred • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships preferred • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills preferred • Ability to coordinate numerous tasks/projects while meeting deadlines preferred • Expertise with Microsoft tools and other business applications, including SalesForce.com, preferred • Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements preferred • IBHRE certification required at Senior and Principal level • Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings • Ability to handle equipment and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to eight-plus hours per day • Ability to wear a 5–7 pound lead apron for extended periods • Ability to manipulate objects, tools, and controls • Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
