📋 Description
• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation of complex equipment • Oversee required diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment • Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of systems • Engage with customers to understand analytical workflows
🎯 Requirements
• BA Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline OR Associate Degree in related discipline plus 5 years direct experience OR High School Diploma plus 7+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • 3 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment • Technical critical thinking skills and attention to detail • MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word • Basic knowledge of analytical equipment and laboratory environment
