📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that drive measurable operational, financial, and customer value. • Develop business cases, scope definitions, and value realization plans for transformation initiatives aligned to organizational objectives. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes. • Build and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource capacity, and expected benefits. • Establish governance, prioritization, and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and value realization. • Provide portfolio-level reporting and recommendations to support leadership decision-making and investment prioritization. • Lead select cross-functional transformation initiatives and high-priority ad hoc projects. • Ensure projects are executed effectively by managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. • Drive sustainable adoption of project outcomes through structured change management. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transformation Managers responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the organization. • Establish clear performance expectations, priorities, and accountability measures. • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in science degree or equivalent required • 5+ years experience leading continuous improvement projects • 3+ years experience leading cross functional teams, projects, or direct reports • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decision making across all levels • Experience building business cases, including quantifying financial and operational benefits
