📋 Description
• Responsible for administrating daily functions of the Special Loans Portfolio • Reviews and processes requests for SCRA initial and continued eligibility • Completes daily, weekly, monthly ARM indexes and validations • Acts as a liaison between the customer and internal counsel for required documents • Ensures the buydown agreement matches the setup on the servicing platform • Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers • Performs loan level maintenance on all special loan functions
🎯 Requirements
• Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School • Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training • Mortgage servicing experience or loan processing/post closing experience preferred • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to read, interpret documents, and write routine reports. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables.
