📋 Description
• Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program • Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and takes the initial loan application • Clearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process • Ensures all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner • Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant • Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI’s set by Management • Is responsive to customers’ needs and expectations • Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• High School Graduate/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred • At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience • Proven track record of exceptional performance • NMLS/SAFE At least 1 active license or at a minimum, the ability to be licensed without having to retake the SAFE exam
