Freedom Mortgage is a U. S. -based residential mortgage lender and servicer that provides home loan products and related services to consumers. 📋 Description

• Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program. • Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and takes the initial loan application. • Clearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process. • Ensures all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner. • Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant. • Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI’s set by Management. • Is responsive to customers’ needs and expectations. • Has excellent communication skills and is clear, concise, and professional when speaking with customers. • Is eager to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines. • Has strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines. • Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures. • Adheres to shift requirements. • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate/GED, Bachelors Degree preferred. • At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience. • Proven track record of exceptional performance. • NMLS/SAFE At least 1 active license or at a minimum, the ability to be licensed without having to retake the SAFE exam.
