📋 Description

• Shape Functional Strategy for Clinical • Own the Portfolio Roadmap • Build the clinical governance framework with the CMO • Stand up incident management end to end • Design credentialing and licensing infrastructure • Construct the regulatory operating system with General Counsel • Own the Member and MD Experience • Develop and Own the Team • Capacity Planning

🎯 Requirements

• Builder Mindset: You've stood up clinical or compliance infrastructure where limited systems and processes exist today. • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a Senior Manager or Director-level capacity. • Regulated Healthcare Experience: Deep, proven experience in clinical operations or health service delivery, ideally in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment. • Governance Expertise: Demonstrated ability to define and own compliance frameworks. • Judgment at Speed: Ability to prioritize and make sound calls in ambiguous, fast-moving situations. • Influence & Alignment: Exceptional ability to build alignment and manage expectations with senior functional leaders. • Dynamic Problem Solver: Ability to prioritize, assess, and solve complex problems at a high velocity.
