📋 Description

• Work with the Hardware Engineering team to provide schematic and PCB board designs • Design simple to complex, multilayer printed circuit boards containing analog, digital, RF, and power components • Liaise with PCB vendors to select materials and stack-ups • Obtain impedance specifications, DFX rulesets, and assembly requirements • Resolve manufacturing-related issues • Create and manage PCB fabrication and assembly documentation packages • Collaborate across engineering disciplines • Work on engineering and research assignments with Fortune 500 companies and startups • Support R&D, product development, and manufacturing projects

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, Minnesota, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Indiana, Illinois, or Colorado • 5+ years of PCB Design experience using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro • Knowledge of IPC, JEDEC, IEEE, and other electronic standards • Experience creating schematic symbols and PCB footprints in libraries • Experience interpreting datasheets and schematics to generate netlists and proper layout constraints • Experience designing HDI rigid, flex, rigid-flex, wire bonding, and aluminum-backed PCBs • Experience designing high-speed differential, power, analog, and RF circuits • Experience with PCB layout constraints for mixed/RF signals, impedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipation, and EMI optimization • AA degree minimum or BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience • Preferred: 7+ years of PCB layout design using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro • Preferred: experience with Altium Concord Pro or similar library management systems • Proven track record designing and managing all aspects of printed board design • Must satisfy applicable employment eligibility requirements
