📋 Description

• Work with the Hardware Engineering team to provide Schematic and PCB board designs • Layouts range from simple to complex, multi-layer printed circuit boards containing analog, digital, RF, and power components • Liaise with PCB vendors to select proper materials, stack-ups, obtain impedance specifications, DFX rulesets, assembly requirements, and resolve any manufacturing related issues • Create and manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assembly packages • Collaborate in a team environment across engineering disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of PCB Design experience using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro • Knowledge of IPC, JEDEC, IEEE, and other electronic standards • Experience in creating schematic symbols and PCB footprints in libraries • Experience interpreting datasheets and schematics to generate netlists and proper constraints in the layout design • Experience in designing multiple PCB types: HDI Design Rigid, Flex, and Rigid-Flex Design, Wire Bonding Design, Aluminum Backed Design • Experience in designing high speed differential circuits, power circuits, analog and RF circuits • Experience in PCB layout design constraints for mixed/RF signal, signal impedance control, memory interfaces, power distribution, heat dissipation, and optimization for EMI performance. • 7+ years’ experience of PCB layout design using Altium and/or Cadence/Allegro preferred • Experience with Altium Concord Pro or similar library management systems
